Dear Sir / Madam,

In the light of a large proportion of complaints from friends and neighbours in the Bantry and outlying areas I issued a very strong public warning to the Bantry guards on Saturday just gone. This has been done in the light of a major law suit against the UK government and, I understand, similar proceedings are also taking place in the US.

These same proceedings, if I wish to, I can and will initiate here in Ireland, if necessary. I would point out that I have been working on this case in conjunction with thousands of people in the UK for almost two years and it is legal law, worldwide. I have enclosed the first and last pages of the 36-page indictment for you to peruse. I would recommend careful appraisal of what is being said here.

Today, I was visited by the inspector of Bantry guards Mr. Liam Horgan and a colleague Mr. Pat Feeley. Naturally, they were upset by what I had said, however, this is nothing to compare with the upset being put upon us daily under an illegal ‘law’ proved illegal. However, I apologised for expressing people’s fury, but, they must also realise that, we are not putting up with this highly offensive abuse to our children and us any more.

I would say, click on to the CLCIA website in UK to find out what’s really going on. I have pointed out the illegalities to various UK ‘statespeople’ whom we have already indicted. Further to this, I have submitted a ream of official public evidence in to the worldwide public sector over the last five months including here in Bantry.

The last people being notified here, being the Bantry guards, on Saturday the 4. 3. 2000 where I have submitted the same evidence in to Mr. Pat Joy whom, I’m sure, will fax it through to you if you ask him. Aside from the warning, I also sent in a further letter yesterday to Mr. Joy, asking for assistance for the possibility of drawing up another indictment which I would ask you to also read please.

I was informed that, actually there is no murder squad here, only a serious crimes squad which, I suppose, is also pretty much the same thing. So, what I am saying is, people are rapidly coming to know their legal rights. I am seriously disturbed, by not just the 30 years abuse my children and I have had to contend with but, something even more so.

It appears, based on legal law, that a friend of mine in the US is being conspired against and, as you will see from the evidence faxed through, I would appreciate your advice and help with regard to this matter and I will also forward a copy of this letter in to RTE, thankyou.
