We are advising all members of the public to be aware of the current proceedings to legalise cannabis worldwide. Proceedings that the media have hitherto failed to publish and hidden from you, as is their legal and lawful duty. They’re out-of-order. Working in conjunction with the Legalise Cannabis Alliance - LCA and Campaign To Legalise Cannabis International Association CLCIA, Norfolk UK and universities in the UK , as well as other organisations worldwide, we now bring you the truth, of this international disgrace.

All prisoners worldwide on cannabis-only related offences are entitled to immediate release. All persons busted since 1948 are entitled to legal compensation for their grievances against whichever country in the world has this illegal prohibition installed. Each bust is a separate claim, so for instance, seven busts means seven compensation claims.

In 1998, Straw and Blair UK government, Bingham lord chief justice UK and others in the UK, were charged by private individuals for perjury, fraud, conspiracy, malindoctrination, mis-information and Crimes Against Humanity for upholding the illegal Prohibition of cannabis. BBC’s chief executive and Jeremy Paxman were advised, via registered mail and failed, to uphold serious criminal law.

Amnesty International UK have recently been advised of this global criminal outrage, as have RTE. A result of the failure for this to be publicised was for an individual in Wales to write what are known as the TIGA files, Alpha and Omega files. The Alpha files were put on the CLCIA website in 1998 and downloaded worldwide. Powerfully critical and condemning , they are an assortment of various letters and literature to heads of state and the public worldwide to bring this to your notice.

In November 1999 up until this month - April 2000 the Omega files were written in Ireland and again broadcast from CLCIA and LCA Norfolk.

Currently there is a special website TIGA being prepared in UK and due to be launched very soon. The purpose of this, is for everyone worldwide who has been busted and who wants the prohibition of cannabis annihilated globally, to put their names, addresses, country and how many cannabis-only related convictions alongside.

This is all that is required of people at this time, while we get this matter sorted out. By installing your name, you install your claim(s) so there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. Our primary aim is to have all prisoners on cannabis-only related offences globally released immediately as well as ensuring, our compensation.

The European Court and the United Nations are seriously out of order, as you will see from reading the TIGA files.
